Kargil Vijay Diwas_26th July 2026

SVKM’s Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Pharmacy celebrated Kargil Vijay Diwas on 26th July 2025, organized by the Cultural Committee in collaboration with Dayitva Committee, honoring the valor and sacrifice of our Indian Army heroes.

We were deeply honored to have Lieutenant Colonel Manoj Chaudhari and Major Trilok Dixit -- two distinguished veterans of the Indian Army, grace the event with their presence and inspire us with their words of patriotism and courage.

The celebration featured heartfelt poetry recitation, a stirring patriotic dance performance, and a soulful musical tribute put together by the Cultural Committee — all expressing our gratitude to the brave hearts who protect our nation.

The Dayitva Committee arranged a symbolic sapling plantation ceremony (ek paudha veero ke naam), marking the spirit of growth, resilience, and peace — values our soldiers have upheld with unmatched dedication.

We express our heartfelt gratitude to our Principal, Dr. Munira Momin for their constant encouragement and support that made this event successful.

Let us never forget the bravery that protects our today.

SVKM BNCP's Dayitva organized Suraksha Bandhan

SVKM BNCP's Dayitva organised Suraksha Bandhan*, a unique event celebrating the spirit of Rakshabandhan which transcends the conventional sibling bond to extend gratitude and appreciation to those who safeguard our lives daily. In the event we tied threads of hand-made Rakhi as a token of respect and love to our protectors such as Police officers, Fire fighters and RTO officers.
In addition to the rakhi, participants also presented our heroes with shawls, roses, sweets, and heartfelt appreciation cards. These tokens of esteem serve as tangible reminders of the community's unwavering support and acknowledgment of their tireless efforts.
Officers appreciated the event and shared their positive insights and thoughts. *???????Bandhan*, in its essence, is a beautiful testament to the spirit of Rakshabandhan, where bonds of protection and love extend to those who safeguard us day and night. It's a day when threads of gratitude weave a stronger, safer, and more tightly-knit community, proving that heroes don't always wear capes; sometimes, they wear uniforms, badges, and helmets, and they deserve our heartfelt thanks.
